Myotis Aviation is an aviation resource network based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Founded to break down the financial barriers of traditional flight training and aircraft ownership, we bridge the gap between expensive corporate flight schools and independent instruction.

We provide subscription-based aircraft rentals, student pilot financing, and business infrastructure to independent Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) and A&P Mechanics across Minnesota.

• For Students and Renters: Traditional flight schools are bogged down by high corporate overhead, which means astronomical hourly rates for students. Meanwhile, traditional flying clubs lock pilots out with massive $5,000+ equity buy-ins and years-long waitlists.

• For Aviation Professionals: Independent CFIs and A&P Mechanics struggle to start their own businesses because the upfront overhead of securing aircraft, insurance, and marketing is too high.

Through our modern flying club subscription model, we give student pilots and renters affordable, pay-as-you-go access to a fleet of aircraft. Paired with our flexible financing options and network of independent CFIs, we offer the resources of a major flight academy at a fraction of the cost.

2. Building Independent Aviation Businesses We don't hire employees; we empower entrepreneurs. Myotis Aviation serves as the operational hub for independent CFIs and A&P Mechanics. You run your own business, set your own rates, and keep 100% of your earnings. We just provide the planes, the leads, and the infrastructure to help you scale risk-free.
